Job description

Promoting the Transformation and Operational Excellence of MUDUM, through the implementation of projects/initiatives for the digitalization and optimization of processes, contributing to the competitiveness and sustainability of the business.
Monitoring the creation, maintenance and updating of Mudum's regulations.

Main activities:
- Supporting the implementation of the area's projects;
- Suggesting solutions and opportunities for Transformation and/or Operational Excellence and supporting the definition of the respective Business Case;
- Ensuring the preparation, updating and dissemination of documentation to support the applicable processes and methodologies through reports or presentations;
- Ensuring the development of studies within the scope of optimization, standardization, normalization and rationalization of the Company's structures, processes and resources;
- Analysing the main quality indicators of organizational processes, reporting deviations from expectations and suggestions for improvement and optimization.
