Job description

Rattaché(e) à la direction Développement Filière, le/la Responsable Parcours Client est chargé (e) de définir et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de l’offre de produits et services ainsi que l’amélioration continue de l’expérience client. 

 

Vos missions principales:

  • Concevoir et optimiser l’offre de produits/services en collaboration avec les équipes marketing
  • Analyser les besoins et attentes des clients pour développer des offres pertinentes
  • Mettre en œuvre les opérations et processus d’amélioration de la relation client
  • Réaliser des reportings de performance de la relation client
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des offres en cours de commercialisation
  • Mettre en place et suivre des indices de recommandation clients de la filière immobilière
  • Superviser les études de marché et la veille concurrentielle

    • Expérience en gestion de projet, de la conception à la mise en œuvre.
    IT tools
    Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des CRM.
