Au sein de l'agence d'Annecy, rattaché(e) au Directeur d'opérations, vous assurez le déroulement d'une opération de promotion immobilière, sans vous substituer au maître d'œuvre, ni aux entreprises.
Vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution de vos opérations de promotion immobilière, tant en termes technique et de délais qu'en termes de respect du budget de l'opération.
Les assistantes d'opérations de l’agence peuvent vous aider dans certaines activités administratives (saisies des factures dans l'outil informatique, etc…).
Vous avez pour missions :
1) Etudes et montage
- Dépôt de la demande de permis de construire
- Organisation de la Réunion préparatoire du lancement commercial (RPLC)
- Création de la SCCV
- Préparation du DCE et organisation de la consultation
- Pilotage de la consultation
- Analyse des réponses et choix des entreprises
2) Commercialisation
- Préparation du lancement commercial
- Pilotage de la grille des prix
- Gestion des options et des TAI
- Assurer la fin de la commercialisation
3) Travaux
- Lancement des travaux
- Suivi de l'avancement des travaux
- Gestion des appels de fonds
- Gestion de l’appartement témoin
- Gestion des visites cloisons
4) Livraison
- Préparation de la pré-livraison et de la livraison
- Livraison des logements
- Réception de l’ouvrage
5) Service Après-Vente
- Gestion des réclamations
- Gestion des garanties et du parfait achèvement de l’opération
- Liquidation de l’opération
