Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, au sein de l'Administration de Biens - Institutionnels et directement rattaché au Responsable Patrimoine tertiaire, vous aurez pour missions principales:
• Assurer la mise œuvre et le suivi de la gestion d’un portefeuille immobilier tertiaire.
• Optimiser la gestion financière des patrimoines qui lui sont confiés.
• S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients tant Locataires que Mandants
• Mettre en œuvre les objectifs fixés par le responsable de la Gestion Immobilière
• Assurer un niveau de qualité et de rapidité du service externe mais aussi interne.
• Mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à la bonne tenue des immeubles.
• S’assurer de la qualité et du respect de nos engagements
• Participer à toute action de progrès susceptible d’optimiser l’activité de l’unité.
• Participer à l’élaboration des reportings mandants et aux réunions le cas échéant.
• Visiter le patrimoine et rencontrer dès que nécessaire les locataires.
• Participer à l’élaboration des prévisions budgétaires avec son manager et gestionnaire technique (revenus, Travaux, investissements, Charges …)
• Transmettre à son manager tout élément permettant une meilleure analyse des évolutions locatives ou de patrimoine et toute information présentant un caractère d’urgence ou de gravité.
