Your missions ?
🎯 Reporting to the CPO, your main mission will be to lead BforBanks’ first steps in Germany to become one of the successful European Banking Players in Germany.
Your entrepreneur mindset as well as good networking abilities will help you take on this challenge. Your German background but also your interest and cross-cultural sensitivity as well as your knowledge of the German retail (digital) banking are definitely a strength . As you know the competitive landscape and its evolutions this will make you the perfect fit for this position.
🚀 In this role, you will :
You define together with the Headquarter the commercial strategy to be delivered in Germany (incl. delivering on budget and revenue targets) in line with the global values and strategy of BforBank France
You are the official representative for BforBank to help set a first footprint on the German Market, make the link with German authorities and make information available to your French colleagues
You and your team guarantee a user-centered and data-driven approach to deliver to our end-user's needs and identify the right local opportunities.
You are responsible for relevant local business & regulatory partnerships
You will coordinate on a day-to-day basis with the Head of International Deployment
You manage and collaborate with a huge number of stakeholders in Germany and France (i.e. Marketing, Product, external partners, regulators).
You are responsible for recruiting and training your future team: marketing, compliance, growth, customer service team,…your team will have a functional link with support functions
Monitoring performance at all levels and liaising with head office.
