Job description

- Management of the CASO RPC teams

- Managing interactions with RPC teams in Paris/London and New York

- 10 year's experience in market finance ;

- Strong knowledge and understanding of CACIB's organization, products, services and regulatory constraints in order to lead all CASO RPC teams ;

- Managerial skills ;

- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills ;

- Thoroughness and organizational skills :

- Autonomy and ability to cooperate within CASO, with other regions and Head Office in Paris;

- Ability to manage projects to deadlines

- Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy
