Job description

Missions

Au sein de la direction des risques, des contrôles permanents, de la conformité et du juridique, vous aurez pour mission principale de piloter l'ensemble des dispositifs permettant de contribuer à la maîtrise des risques opérationnels, principalement sur le périmètre du Property Management.

Pour se faire, vous aurez en charge:

1.     L’encadrement des risques :

- S’assurer de l’identification de l’ensemble des risques dans les cartographies

- Déployer et adapter les plans de contrôles permanents (de premier et de second niveau) en fonction des risques identifiés et des obligations règlementaires

- Veiller à la cohérence et à l’efficacité du dispositif de contrôles permanents

- Réaliser les contrôles (second niveau), analyser les résultats (tous niveaux) et veiller à la définition de mesures correctrices le cas échéant

- Evaluer les conséquences financières des incidents/risques avérés et proposer leur provisionnement

- Surveiller l’évolution des risques.

 

2.     L’animation du dispositif :

- Piloter la réalisation des cartographies des risques par les unités opérationnelles et veiller à la définition par les opérationnels des plans d’actions correctrices (actions risques opérationnels) afin de remédier aux risques identifiés et en suivre/coordonner la réalisation

- Accompagner les Métiers dans la diffusion de la culture risque, la gestion des risques et contrôles

- Contribuer à développer l’implication des opérationnels dans la gestion de leurs risques et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en matière de contrôle des risques

- Présenter périodiquement les résultats des campagnes de contrôles et de cartographie auprès des responsables de processus.

- S’assurer auprès des opérationnels de la réalisation des contrôles permanents de niveau 1 et 2.1 (gestion entre autres du Correspondant Risque Opérationnel)

- Collecter les pertes opérationnelles auprès des correspondants dans les directions opérationnelles

- Préparer les reporting à destination des directions et des différents comités

- Décliner les procédures de la Direction des Risques Groupe (DRG) en les adaptant aux spécificités de l’activité.
