Job description

Duties and responsibilities


Project Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress in line with CACI project management methodology
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques


Regulatory Compliance:
• Work as part of the Compliance team to stay abreast of regulatory changes and trends within the industry
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure that all projects comply with the necessary regulations and standards
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including compliance reports and audits


Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners
• Engage with and keep up to date CACI’s Project Management team on the status of projects and material issues / blockers
• Schedule and lead project meetings to report on progress, risks, and solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors


Risk Management:
• Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


Quality Assurance
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed

    • Minimum level of study
    • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.


      • Proven working experience (+5 years) in project management, preferably in a regulatory or compliance project environment
      • Experience of working with multiple new and legacy systems
    • Minimum experience level
    • 6-10 years

    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of and ability to interpret legal and regulatory text into usable operational steps
      • Exceptional presentation skills to all stakeholder (Board, intra group and across a variety functions)
      • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
      • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II Certificate
      • Certified Regulatory Compliance - Compliance Institute (LCOI Preferred)

      • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
      • Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
      • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure
      • A proactive - hands on approach to project management
    • Languages
    • Fluent English & French required
