Vous rejoindrez la Direction Marketing Communication Digital et Data (120 personnes) qui a pour mission d’apporter son savoir-faire et son expertise dans l’activation et la compréhension du comportement des clients pour améliorer l’efficacité des actions de ventes et marketing.
Cette direction est aujourd’hui au cœur d’une transformation de grande ampleur avec le déploiement d’un moteur de recommandation des offres et des campagnes pour chaque client. Cette évolution s’accompagne d’enjeux majeurs en terme d’IA, d’optimisation et d’amélioration continue aujourd’hui facilitée par l’automatisation et une gestion renforcée des données.
En tant que manager au sein de l’entité Marketing client – Direction Marketing Communication Digital et Data (MCD), vous êtes au service de l'ensemble des réseaux de distribution de l'entreprise. Vous incarnez la dimension opérationnelle marketing et data de nos clients finaux.

Activités
Rattaché à la Responsable du Marketing client, vous avez pour missions :
- De piloter en intégralité la chaine opérationnelle du Marketing client (de la mise à disposition de la Data jusqu’à la sollicitation client)
- Déployer les plans marketing direct (email, sms, …) et Digitaux (Application, …)
- Assurer le maintien en condition des dispositifs Marketing existants sous responsabilité (Parcours, temps automatiques, …)
- De proposer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie data de relation et fidélisation client afin de valoriser le portefeuille
- Optimiser la stratégie de fidélisation via une démarche de test en learn permanente (proposer, tester, suivre et généraliser)
- Piloter les budgets et les KPI sous responsabilité
- Optimiser le processus opérationnel en cohérence avec la stratégie d’automatisation des taches itératives. Replacer l’humain sur des missions marketing à valeur
