Job description

  • Duties and responsibilities 

Sales support activities

  • Advising Bank Insurance Specialists in managing Medical subscriptions as well as ensuring prompt customer assistance after selling
  • Supporting Bank’s inquires to facilitate CACI Dublin response as required
  • Monitor the internal processes of CACI Italy and the Bank in order to ensure timely and effective support to the Partner Network
  • Develop the corporate training program, plan and coordinate training sessions with the Bank Process and product training to partner networks and area managers supporting the process of launching new
    products or campaigns: test development and validation, commercial accompaniment to the launch of the new offering.Gather information on the existing contracts and financial conditions of the partners;
  • Contributing to the presentation/formalisation of offers to potential partners in accompaniment to CACI
    teams (Milan and Dublin)
  • Support CACI Milan and Dublin functions in the interactions with the partners (data, contracts, flows, ecc)
  • Providing key contributions to the new product creation process
  • Support and development of ad hoc, cross-cutting and vertical projects (products development, management of dedicated initiatives, etc.)


 Telemarketing activities

  • Manage the activity of external contact centers, ensuring the correct execution of Telemarketing campaigns through constant monitoring and interaction
  • Verify the performance of the KPIs, through analysis of the data and reports produced
  • Maximize the potential of commercial activity carried out by contact centers
  • Ensure that industry regulatory developments are promptly implemented by contact centers according to guidelines provided by the Legal and Compliance Department. Verify that the activity carried out by the contact centers is perfectly compliant with the instructions provided by CACI and in full compliance with the SLAs, including verifying the timing and correctness of the reports produced by the contact centers
  • Document the evidence of the scheduled periodic checks
  • Keep the archive of documentation and instructions provided to the contact centers constantly updated,  relating to the sales process, regulatory aspects, as well as the IT requirements of the Campaigns
