Duties and Responsibilities


Below duties & responsibilities will need to be closely aligned with internal DDM/Sales teams – including bringing full support to DDM/Sales teams need to support Partners, while fully leveraging initiatives already in place

Market understanding

  • Build an in-depth understanding of the Protection / Assistance markets across all countries in which CACI operates (currently France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany) and potentially other EEA markets.
  • Analyse and understand market trends, value propositions currently in place (products, pricing, customer journeys) and keep abreast of any changing trends. Create a reporting on market trends.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and mapping of Partners and end-customers’ expectations and competitors’ reviews.
    This includes but is not limited to;
    ➢ Facilitate and run workshops with Partners to fully understand and proactively anticipate their needs.
    ➢ Conduct Benchmarks, market watches, customer surveys, mystery shopping, focus groups. Create market analysis reports.
    ➢ Collaborate with European / local market research agencies and purchase of research studies on specific topics related to the company business.


Product innovation

  • Design CACI’s mid-term overarching product innovation roadmap in close collaboration with internal DDM/Sales Teams and Partners – Incl. distinguishing between (i) core offer – CPI / Lifestyle / GAP, (ii) new eligible products – e.g., mobility and smart products, (iii) assistance add-ons in full compliance with the underwriting policy of the company.
  • On a Partner-by-Partner basis and in close collaboration with DDM/Sales teams:
    o Propose offer enrichment on CACI standard CPI and GAP products / new innovative products based on market understanding – incl. end-to-end product design in close collaboration with actuarial teams (covers, exclusions, high-level pricing indications, etc.) and in compliance with our business proposition approval and review process.
    o Lead Project Management on feasibility studies of proposed new products across functions – incl. legal, risk, compliance, actuarial, underwriting operations.
    o Lead Project management on product documentation / marketing pitches, registration, in close co-operation with compliance teams.

Support to Distribution

In close collaboration with internal DDM/Sales teams / Partners:

  • Assess needs for sales animation/engagement /training /marketing support @ Partners / Prospects
  • Design, propose and implement corresponding material / programs to promote existing and new products - This includes:
    o Training kits, F2F training sessions, webinars, POS material, storytelling pitches, sales pitches
    o Overarching Project Management involving CACI / and Group key functions when needed (Business Units and Service Units)
  • Measure impact of proposed campaigns through a set of KPIs

CACI Commercial / Communication material

  • Build CACI Corporate presentation template / tender pitch

    Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    • Business School / University – Marketing qualification or equivalent (Master’s degree)

    • 10 -15 years professional experience, ideally in the Bank-Insurance / Retail Banking / Consumer Credit Marketing sector
    Minimum experience level
    11 years and more
    Skills needed
    • Knowledgeable in designing innovative end-to-end Product Value Propositions
    • Organised, analytical, dynamic.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Power Point
    Languages
    • Fluency in English is necessary. German and French language an advantage
