- Short term bilateral credit including Overdraft: financing with a maturity below one year with exceptions (bridges to bonds with a bridge shorter than
1 year handled by CLF)
- Trade Finance transactions (Loans, Bond, L/C issuance, E-drafts, etc.)
- Correspondent banking (FI clients only)
- Transaction Banking: account keeping, payments (domestic & cross border), e-banking, liquidity management services (cash pool)
- MLT loans (bilateral and syndicated) as per SLA with CLF
Details of duties ( Role Content ):
Customer Service Activities
- Keep an updated customer profile data base (i.e. client contact list), answer client’s phone calls and make necessary actions to ensure that the complete and concise solutions/answers are provided on a timely basis. Keep clients updated of changes in regulations and rules.
- Deal with daily transactional works. Process the instructions received from clients including Payment, Loan & Depo, L/C, Guarantee, etc. and coordinate with operations.
- Follow up required transactional documents and its related matters (i.e. compliance checking, fax agreement, exceptional approval…)
- Excess limit management (e.g. overdraft)
- Management of Deposit Accounts (Account Opening, Dorman Account…)
- Inform BO in case of non “Straight Through Processing” transaction requests
- Escalate issues to RM and department head to ensure that snags and issues received appropriate attention for resolution
- Cross check and valid OPTIM contractual documentation
- Department consolidation (Bank statement reconciliation, Dealing confirmation etc.)
KYC support and others
- Provide KYC support to corporate clients: KYC COB, Modification and Periodic Review
- Reception, control and safe-keeping of the contractual documents at account level
- Reception, control and digitalization of contractual documentation; 1st level e-banking support
- Support of internal and external reporting as appropriate
- Perform other tasks assigned by department head
