Job description

Responsibilities

 

Credit Risk (70%):

  • Preparation of credit risk analysis for CACIB’s Corporate Clients which will display an informed understanding of credit issues together with relevant findings of research undertaken to arrive at reasoned and logical recommendations. Applications should be submitted to the credit committees in a timely manner to ensure client deadlines are met;
  • Input risk and financial data in relevant information database;
  • Recommend credit risk ratings;
  • Portfolio analysis on the credit metrics of the Branch (PD, EAD, LGD, RWA and etc..);
  • Meet the client on at least an annual basis/attendance of results presentations etc., with the relationship manager;

 

Operational Risk (30%):

  • Preparation of operational risk analysis (risk mapping),
  • Including the update of the control plan of the Branch; supervision control production;
  • Follow up of events with an operational risk impact (incidents declaration, losses collection, remediation plans implementation…);
  • Participation to the internal and external governance (organizing and managing the local operational risk committees, / data sharing with head office / yearly Internal Control Report…)

      • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
      • Previous experiences in credit risk management, operational risk management or related fields
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in French and English
      • Ability to manage tight deadlines
