Key Responsibilities:
· Direct involvement into the origination, structuring, execution and distribution of Securitization transactions across asset classes, including but not limited to Trade Receivables, Auto and Infrastructure, (including Air, Rail and Shipping)
· For Securitization transactions that are funded through Credit Agricole CIB’s Asset Backed Commercial Paper Conduit or transactions on the bank balance sheet, the day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to: (i) preparation of marketing and financing documents; (ii) analysis and monitoring of portfolios, (iii) coordination with lawyers, accounting and tax advisors, (iv) assistance with the credit application preparation and approval process of transactions (iv) coordination of booking process in bank systems and submission of documents in repository systems; (v) participate and produce reports as required by management, and other internal or external parties.
· For Term ABS and Private Placement transactions, day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to: (i) Preparation of comprehensive pitch books; (ii) Construction of financial models and analyzing the o utputs.; (iii) Support in negotiating terms and conditions for the debt securities (144a or Private Placements) and in developing the associated financing documents; (iv) Research and analysis of comparable transactions, (v) direct participation in client meetings; (vi) Interaction with third-party consultants (e.g. valuation firms, market consultants), lawyers, accounting and tax advisors, rating agencies; (vii) Conducting risks analysis to identify asset specific, industry-related and macro-economic factors that could impact the planned Capital Markets or Asset Backed Commercial Paper transactions; (viii) Drafting of Information Memorandum for Capital Markets debt placements; and ( ix) Coordination and participation in Capital Markets roadshows, and (x) Preparation of internal materials such as underwriting and sales memos.
Management and Reporting
Each task requires a strong interaction with the other members of the Securitization group.
Salary Range: $120k - $170k
