Job description

Au sein du Middle Office du Département Markets, Investments & Structuring, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Préparer les fiches de tirage en coordination avec le Relationship Manager ;
  • Préparer les contrats de crédit lombard standard confirmé et hypothécaire simple ;
  • Suivre les transactions hypothécaires pendant leur cycle de vie ;
  • Alerter le Service Financing en cas de non-respect des conditions des financements ;
  • Tenir le fichier du portefeuille de crédits immobiliers à jour ;
  • Coordonner avec les notaires pour la mise en place ou de mainlevées d’hypothèques ;
  • Suivre la valorisation du collatéral des crédits lombards
  • Participer aux projets liés au crédit ;
  • Suivre les ouvertures valeurs produits structurés (non provisoire) et l’échéancier ; 
  • Réaliser le décompte des produits structurés ;
  • Suivre les positions et l’échéancier des options FX.

    Training / Specialization
    Formation universitaire ou CFC bancaire
    Première expérience en analyse ou suivi des financements hypothécaires.
    Minimum experience level
    3-5 years
    Skills needed
    Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de fiabilité. Vous avez un grand sens des priorités et de la planification. En plus, vous aimez le travail en équipe alors n'hésitez pas à postuler ! Domicile en Suisse requis.
    IT tools
    Maîtrise de MS Office.
    Languages
    Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
