Job description

Be the Head of Responsible Investment Development for Asia ex Japan and support ESG development at local/regional level across all Amundi business segments and client units. You will also contribute to the development of Responsible Investment at Amundi at the global level

As the Head of Responsible Investment Development for Asia ex Japan you will be expected to act as lead manager to:

  • Engage local clients’ and partners’ executives on ESG and responsible investing, coordinate strategic sustainable finance partnerships
  • Support local Responsible Investing product and solution development in line with Amundi ESG Group product policies
  • Support local investment teams needs in coordination ESG Scoring & Methodology and ESG Research teams
  • Oversee responsible investment advocacy in the region (coordinate with communication and marketing units, represent Amundi in investors’ associations, vis-à-vis regulators and in local events, etc.)

Support sales in Clients’ engagement on ESG, responsible investing and impact finance (Institutional, Distribution and Wealth and Partners’ Networks)
Advise and support clients and investment teams on ESG strategy and implementation
Contribute to the development of local and regional Responsible Investment offer
Raise awareness and promote Amundi Responsible Investing commitment and franchise through advocacy, including participation at local events, use of relevant communication channels and content strategy
Coordinate with responsible investing ecosystem third parties (regulators, NGOs, investors’ networks, etc.)

      • ESG integration, responsible investing and impact finance across the investment management value chain

      • 10 years+ of work experience, with expertise in finance, including in buy side or sell side

      • Demonstrate experience in sustainable finance / ESG development

      • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to act as a spokesperson for Amundi in the region
