Réunissant 6 expertises (immobilier, dette privée, private equity, infrastructures, multigestion marchés privés et plateforme de fonds alternatifs), la division compte près de 280 collaborateurs avec €72Mds d’actifs sous gestion. Le développement concerne à la fois la clientèle institutionnelle et la distribution retail.
As a financial engineer, you will be in charge of the structuring of investment funds managed by Amundi Alternative & Real Assets division (notably from a financial, legal, tax and operational perspective) and delivery of new products or changes to existing products.
Main responsabilities:
- Structuring of European based funds (across different jurisdictions including notably Ireland, Luxembourg and France, and across several legal forms including notably FCPs and SICAVs) and investment mandates (both sub-investment management and dedicated investment management) :
o Interact with the business development team to assess and formalize clients needs,
o Determine the most suited solutions based on investors constraints and applicable regulations,
o Contribute to drafting required regulatory and contractual arrangements
- Ensuring proper oversight and monitoring of new fund and mandates launch process, including coordination and follow-up of all teams involved in such process and obtaining the required approvals for the funds and mandates implementation
- Problem solving related to any issue linked to a product launch, restructuring or placement (legal, technical or operational issues)
- Contribute to the design & marketing of new products
This structuring role implies day-to-day interactions with:
- Sales, marketing, portfolio management and research teams
- Tax, Legal, ESG, Compliance, Risk management & Operations departments
- External services providers (auditors, tax & legal counsels, administrators, custodians, etc.)
- Business partners (clients, third party funds managers, consultants, data providers)
- Market counterparties (sales & engineers)
