Job description

Responsibilities

 

-          Work directly with relationship managers to organize presentation materials for clients and senior management

-          Undergo financial analysis of current/prospective clients related to capital structure, creditworthiness, and financial performance in order to identify future business opportunities

-          Coordinate the internal approval of transactions related to syndicated debt, bonds, securitization, trade finance, interest rate derivatives and other products within the CA-CIB global platform

-          Analyze the benefit of entering transactions, maintaining or exiting global client relationships, and communicating your findings to senior management

-          Construct and maintain internal models to measure client profitability, risk weighted assets, and the competitiveness of CACIB in all product areas

-          Conduct research projects related to the different industries covered

-          Prepare write-ups, quarterly and annual reviews and other reports in a timely fashion

-          Assist the team with "Know Your Customer" (KYC) approval process, as well as other compliance-related tasks

 

Salary Range: $100k - $110k

    • Minimum level of study
    • Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
    • Academic background: Masters, specialization in Finance -          Business School-          University 
      Experience required: -       Prior internships in Finance industry preferred Hard skills  -          Good understanding of financial statements and risk/return analysis concepts-          Highly skilled in MS PowerPoint and Excel-          Some financial modeling skills/experiences are a plus Soft skills  -          Reliability / attention to detail-          Autonomous / Able to work on his/her own and manage process-          Ability to multi-task & manage to-do/tasks over a long period of time without allowing things to slip through the cracks-          Keeps track of follow-ups and pursues relevant stakeholders as necessary Language Full Professional Proficiency in English, particularly writing Computer skills -          Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) - Intermediate level-          Familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, and CapitalIQ preferred
