Job description

Vous prendrez la responsabilité du service Back Office Trésorerie rattachée à la division Comptabilité Groupe au sein de la Direction Finance Groupe du Corporate Center de Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance.

Cette Direction, en charge de coordonner les Directions Financières des entités du Groupe CACF, assure pour partie les besoins de refinancement de ses filiales. Le Front Office négocie sur les marchés financiers un large panel d’opérations : Titres, Dérivés, Monétaire (en devises et en euro), activité de collecte.

Le service Back Office Trésorerie a pour principales missions d’organiser et d’assurer la gestion financière, administrative et comptable de ces différentes opérations de financement et refinancement de CACF SA.

Le service Back Office Trésorerie est organisé en 2 pôles :

-        Le Back Office Marché en charge de l’activité Collecte (Activité de dépôt via différents canaux de distribution principalement sur le marché Allemand) ainsi que l’ensemble des opérations de Trésorerie initiées par le Front Office (prêts / Emprunts, titres de dettes, instruments de couverture du risque de taux et du risque de change, centralisation du cash et dépôt en banque central).

-        Le Back Office Titrisation en charge des fonds de titrisation émis par le Front Office

 

Dans ce cadre évolutif, nous recherchons le manager de ce service ayant des compétences Métier (connaissance des instruments financiers, des flux financiers et de leur comptabilisation) avec une appétence pour les Outils (KTP, Excel) :

 Le Manager aura pour responsabilités :

 ·       La gestion des opérations de trésorerie initiées par le Front Office dans KTP, (outil Front To Back): contrôle, validation dans le système, édition et envoi des confirmations des opérations de trésorerie, évolutions des paiements (Swift).

 ·       Les évolutions de KTP (recette des upgrade, mise en place de nouveaux instruments,…) en lien avec l’équipe Support et outils

 ·       Participer aux traitements comptable/financier dans un but de les optimiser :

   o Les contrôles des opérations

   o Les validations de la comptabilité (quotidien et mensuel).

 ·       Produire, valider et faire évoluer les différents reporting de gestion / réglementaire

 ·       Participer à la mise en place et à l’évolution des procédures et des systèmes de gestion (interaction avec le service en charge de l’administration de ces outils) afin de rationaliser et d‘automatiser les tâches du service.
