Job description

Au sein de FPF, rattaché hiérarchiquement au Responsable Comptabilité vous assurez les missions suivantes :

 

-       L’appui du manager hiérarchique dans l’accompagnement de l’équipe : transmettre ses connaissances et assurer la formation des collaborateurs ; assurer la supervision de leurs travaux et contribuer à la préparation des entretiens d’évaluation de la performance

 

-       L’assurance de la réalisation avec l’équipe des opérations comptables courantes en cours de mois conformément à l’organisation et à la planification mise en place par le responsable Comptabilité

 

-       La contribution au pilotage les travaux d’arrêté mensuel, trimestriel et annuel (Comptes en normes social et Ifrs /fiscal/Statutaire/Réglementaire/Prudentiel)

 

-       La réalisation de la revue des contrôles de degré 1 réalisés par l’équipe et s’assurer du traitement des anomalies, remonter ou faire remonter les alertes nécessaires

 

-       L’accompagnement des collaborateurs de la Comptabilité dans leur montée en compétence sur les sujets techniques

 

-       L’exercice du rôle de point d’entrée vis à vis des commissaires aux comptes, de l’ACPR sur les sujets techniques et complexes tels l’élaboration des comptes annuels, les déclarations SURFI, la détermination du résultat fiscal, les impôts différés, les preuves d’impôts

    • Formation / Spécialisation : Formation comptabilité - Bac +4 minimum - Comptabilité/ Gestion /Audit

    • Niveau d'expérience : 6-10 ans

    • Expérience significative en entreprise ou en cabinet d'expertise comptable dans les domaines comptables, financiers, réglementaires et fiscaux et ce en normes françaises, ainsi qu'en normes internationales (IFRS).

    • Collaborateurs faisant preuve d'un leadership auprès des autres membres de l'équipe

    • Collaborateurs ayant une capacité à mettre en en œuvre de façon autonome l'expertise reconnue, être capable de la diffuser et de la développer de manière transverse

    • Compétences clés recherchées :
