Job description

Duties and responsibilities

Setting and implementation of the TPA business and implementation of partner business within the German branch. Proactively manage the implementation of new partners.


Partnership Management

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external partners and TPAs to drive business growth in the B2B insurance sector
  • Support business growth in the B2B insurance sector

Contract Negotiation

  • Lead contract negotiations with partners and TPAs
  • Ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements and regulatory requirements


Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partners and TPAs to ensure they meet agreed standards and business objectives. Focus is to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Conducting regular audits of our TPA

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize partnership and TPA outcomes and achieve company goals
  • Support the training of our partners

Risk Management

  • Identify and manage risks associated with partnerships and TPA agreements, ensuring robust risk mitigation are in place
  • Manages the monitoring of operational risks, included those related to outsourced service providers
  • Provides proper support to AML & Compliance issues
  • Oversees and administers the internal risk control mechanisms within the branch
  • Supports the implementation of regulatory projects within the Branch
  • Ensures that all controls required by law and Group rules are conducted towards business partners and Third-party administrators


Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular reports on the status and performance of partnerships and TPAs to senior management

Interface

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure partnerships are effectively leveraged and aligned with business objectives


People First

  • To assign workload and projects to each member of your staff
  • To follow up on HR processes, attendance, probationary period, performance management, etc.
  • To develop and coach your staff to reach their potential within CACI
  • To identify with your team individually their strengths and their areas for improvement
  • To identify the teams individual talents and abilities and harness those for their development and to optimise the business.
  • To coach and encourage staff to enhance their professional actuarial qualifications (when required)
  • To fully apply the performance management process ensuring it is a 2 way process of open discussion

    • Minimum level of study
    • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
      • Preferably third level Education in Business School or University or Banking expert or Insurance Expert training

      • 10 to 15 years professional experience, in the financial sector (banking, insurance, insurance brokering) ideally
      • Experience in banking and insurance industry as well as in Project Management and Operations is a must
    • Minimum experience level
    • 11 years and more
    • Compétences recherchées
      • Knowledge of bank-insurance products (life and non-life)
      • Specialisation in PPI/Creditor Insurance would be an advantage
      • Management of partnerships and TPAs

    • Languages
    • Fluent in German mandatory. Good knowledge of English mandatory. French is desirable
