Au sein de Crédit Agricole Assurances, le Back Office Client intervient sur les produits d'Epargne et de Retraite individuelle auprès des réseaux des banques partenaires (Crédit Agricole et LCL) dans le cadre de la gestion et l'assistance client.
Le pôle Projets et Outils Back Office Client a pour mission d'accompagner la performance opérationnelle du Back Office. Pour ce faire, il pilote l'évolution des processus et outils de gestion, il contribue aux projets et accompagne le changement auprès des équipes en charge de la gestion client.
Et concrètement, de quoi s’agit-il sur le terrain ?
Dans un environnement d'évolution des métiers, votre équipe sera en charge de :
- Piloter l'optimisation des processus de gestion et garantir les engagements de service client
- Piloter des projets stratégiques et structurants pour le Back Office
- Conduire le changement et mettre en œuvre les transformations
- Gérer les risques et assurer le suivi budgétaire
- Représenter l'équipe auprès des partenaires et des différentes directions
Dans ce cadre, votre mission de Responsable de pôle sera de :
- Préparer, piloter et suivre le plan projet de son périmètre ainsi que le budget alloué
- Coordonner les projets et leur bonne mise en œuvre
- Manager l'équipe d'une dizaine de chef/chargé de projet en contribuant à leur montée en compétence
- Garantir la transversalité de votre équipe avec les autres parties prenantes dans les projets (autres directions de la BU, autres BU/SU)
Lors de votre prise de poste, vous serez bien entendu accompagné par votre manager et l’équipe dans la prise en main de vos missions.
