Job description

The Company is looking for a Claims Data Analyst to join the Claims Support Team. In particular, from our HQ in Milan the Resource will have the opportunity to:

 

  • deal with claims trends on a monthly/weekly basis based on internal requests (e.g. analysis for Management, management of data representation and presentations for Top Management);
  • manage daily dynamic data representations (e.g. creation of reports on product topics, product guarantees);
  • program via BI based on the requests coming from the Line;
  • be an integral part of the DWH project (BI development) and migration to the new tool envisaged based on company needs;
  • use programming tools in BI (QuikView/Qliksense, Power BI).

    • Minimum level of study
    • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
      • Knowledge of BI tools at an intermediate level;
      • Degree in mathematics, statistics and/or computer science;
      • Knowledge of English and/or French at level B1 is preferable - but not binding to the selection process;
      • Proven experience of 2-5 years as a non-life insurance data analyst in insurance companies and/or consultancy firms;
      • Propensity for analyzing data and numbers and their interpretation in the short/long term.

      • Ability to reason/develop new ideas from a data analysis perspective;
      • Proactivity and relationship management on multiple levels.
    • Languages
    • Italian, English, French (not mandatory).
