Job description

Vos missions:

  • Recueillir les déclarations de sinistres et les demandes d’indemnisation au titre des garanties Dommages-Ouvrage, Tous Risques Chantier, Responsabilité Civile Maitre d’ouvrage, Constructeur Non Réalisateur, Contrat Collectif de Responsabilité Décennale ainsi qu’au titre des garanties Responsabilité Civile Décennale et Professionnelle
  • Rassembler l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires à la constitution d’un dossier
  • Ouvrir et analyser les dossiers (amiables et judiciaires) afin de se positionner sur :  
    • L’étendue du préjudice
    • Les responsabilités des parties
    • Les garanties mobilisables
  • Initier le versement des indemnités
  • Négocier avec les parties concernées lorsque la situation le justifie (amiable et judiciaire)
  • Veiller au provisionnement correct du dossier
  • Révision périodique des dossiers
  • Initier et suivre les recours
     

  • Minimum level of study
    Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    BAC + 5
    • Des connaissances en droit (responsabilité civile, assurance construction, convention CRAC)
    • Une excellente capacité d’analyse
    • De l’objectivité
    • De la rigueur et de la méthode
    • Un excellent sens de l’organisation
    • La maîtrise des outils informatiques
    • Maitrise du secteur de la construction
    • Relationnel
    Minimum experience level
    3-5 years
