Job description

CACI (Credit Agricole Creditor Insurance) is the Credit Agricole Assurances Group subsidiary specialising in creditor protection insurance (CPI). CACI is a major player in France and Europe, with around 30 partners in six countries.

Project Management Responsibilities:
 Assist and deliver on
o IT focused projects
o Customer value projects
o Adhoc projects such as processes optimisation
- Manage projects within deadlines and budget, define project plans to meet objectives
- Coordination of workshops, projects committees, steering committees, (meeting preparation, slides elaboration, minutes)
- Resources coordination both within CACI and the Group (Operations, Data, Legal, Compliance,
Risks, IT, etc.)
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Stakeholders management (update accordingly with the projects progress)
- Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met
- Carry out change management where applicable (training support, user guides, communication)
 Support the Transformation & IT Project Manager on their projects, helping on project
tasks


Green IT and CSR Corporate and Social Responsibility:
 Participate in Group initiatives and projects on the topic
 Work on the related action plan for CACI


Interactions:
 You will mainly work with the Transformation & IT project Manager in CACI, and the
whole Project team
 You will collaborate with our CACI IT Proximity team, Operations Department as well as
all departments in CACI Dublin and Milan
 In the frame of IT projects, you will have meetings with the Digital Work Place and the
IT teams in France
 In the frame of customer projects, you will have interactions with Group, CACI partners
and TPAs 
 Depending on projects scope, you will coordinate with CACI Milan

    • Training / Specialization
    •  Qualified project manager (Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree) and/or relevant experience in project management (1-2 years)

    •  Experience in working on projects through the full delivery cycle (from project concept
      to closing, Waterfall or Agile) Excellent communication both written and verbal, team player
       Strong presentation skills
       Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
       Previous experience working on customer improvement path journeys an advantage
       Interest in Green IT and Corporate Social Responsibility an advantage
       Proficiency with Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel - Jira an advantage
       Languages : French and English fluency required – Italian as an advantage
