Amundi Luxembourg recrute pour sa filiale Fund Channel.

Nous sommes une plateforme réglementée de distribution de fonds B2B créée en 2005, filiale commune d'Amundi et Caceis, basée au Luxembourg. Nous avons été classés meilleure plateforme européenne trois années de suite, en 2022, 2023 et 2024. (source : Platforum)

Notre mission est de fournir un modèle commercial combiné unique, des services innovants pour faciliter la distribution des fonds, renforcer la transparence et améliorer les processus. Nous avons construit un écosystème de marché auquel les gestionnaires d'actifs et les distributeurs peuvent avoir accès. Nous opérons actuellement dans une douzaine de pays différents en Europe et en Asie, et avons également des bureaux en Suisse, à Singapour et en Italie.

MISSIONS

1. Management of strategic projects and transformation program :

• Support the sponsor of each product in the development / extension of new service offerings
• Steer strategic projects (IT, organization, multi-product offer) from requirements definition through deployment, identifying planning, scopes,
  and project implementation plans
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, planning and budgets, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders from various departments
• Track project status, deliverables and alerts raising to top project sponsor and management
• Monitor and control project financials
• Organize, lead the various committees / workshops
• Maintain project documentation by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
• Coordinate the change management
  
  

2. Organization :

• Participate in the selection of solutions, tools, providers
• Conduct continuous improvement of existing processes, organization or tools

Complément

PROFILE
Graduate in a Masters degree in the field of Finance, Project Management or Information System
Strong project management skills (method, change management…)
Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Fluent in English and French (oral and written). Any other European language will be considered as an asset.
Self-motivated and able to work transversally across functions and teams on very diverse and strategic topics (Organization, IT, Product);
Strong conceptual, analytical and implementation capabilities
Organizational and problem solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team spirit
Disruptive mindset (Innovation and digital solutions interests)
