Job description

Direction :

Compliance department responsible for the activities within the area of Financial Crime Security Compliance (AML/KYC/International Sanctions) and Non-financial Security Compliance (Market Integrity, GDPR, Ethics, Governance, Client protection, etc.)

 

Content of the jobs :

• Support Local Compliance Officers, primarily in relation to financial security (AML/KYC - Know Your Customer & onboarding), as well as other areas of compliance such as Market Integrity, Ethics, Governance, GDPR, Client protection or any ad hoc requests;

• implementing and performing of the controls within relevant compliance areas

• Investigate alerts and make compliance decisions;

• Update and maintain a compliance risk map, as well as other  compliance documents

• perform and report the controls ;

• monitoring of incoming EU regulation from (check of market standards and approach in other EU states);

• preparation of impact analysis of new regulations

• communication with central team in Paris.

      Experience in compliance/legal/operational risk in financial institution or in consultancy firm would be appreciated

    • Knowledge of the following subjects would be appreciated:     o AML directives and rules;o Market Integrity (MAR);o Ethics/Governance within financial institutions;o Client protection (MiFID II);o ESG.Fluent English.Attention to details/Quick learnerAbility to work under short deadline
      High precision in all written and verbal communication  Ability to work in multicultural environment
