Overview of the job description
The VIE - Marketing specialist has a transversal role in all marketing areas. The position includes active involvement both in analytical activities, such as data analysis, benchmarking and market analysis, and in initiatives related to internal and external communication, but also projects linked to customer satisfaction.
Data analysis and Benchmarks
· Analysis of commercial production data by Partner, sales channel, geographical area, product
· Development and updating of benchmarks to analyse the positioning of products in the relevant markets (real estate and consumer credit markets)
· In-depth analysis of production data and market evidence for valuable business insight for the development of the offer
Reporting and Presentations
· Development and updating of italian reporting mainly related to production results and market analysis
· Development and updating of international reporting on corporate performance, major projects, regulatory evolutions for the different corporate committees
· Production of frequent presentations to illustrate analyses, projects and specific activities
Product and service development
· Analysis of the product catalogue to develop new value propositions (products and services) or rationalise the existing offer
Communication
· Drafting articles regarding corporate activities to be published on the Intranet and posts for the LinkedIn page
Customer satisfaction projects
· Support in conducting customer satisfaction projects through the analysis of specific quantitative and qualitative surveys, with the aim of developing actions to maximise customer loyalty
