You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as a Sales Support.
Within informatique department , BCI, with a customer-oriented organization, is in charge of studies and development of information systems.
The CMI department is in charge of the information system for Rates, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Structured Credit and Securitization activities.
It designs and provides the “Global Markets Division” Business Lines and the Back Office and Risk Support Functions with the IT systems necessary to carry out their missions.
It is also responsible for the proper functioning and operational support of these systems.
The client would like support on the support of a new Sales-Trader workflow tool for the scope of interest rate derivatives. The application is developed in-house. The Support Analyst, will be involved in user support (mainly Sales), application monitoring, incident tracking from analysis to resolution, test writing (BDD), execution of tests, participation in UATs, and post-production follow-up.
The Support Analyst, will be involved in :
- Support local of application users (mainly Sales) for the NY Sales desk
- Monitor the application with the implementation of procedures and dashboards (Kibana)
- Analyze and follow up incidents reported by users
- Interact daily with European and Asian local support teams, and the developers / business analysts of the delivery team
- Follow the implementation of bug fixes and test the changes
- Document the processes
- Participate in the production launch and ensure post-production follow-up: user training, functional support
This service will be located in New York, and will allow to reinforce the current application support with a local contact for the NY Sales desk.
To be eligible for a VIE:
- Be less than 28 years old
