Job description

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as a Project Manager - Capital Market Operations.

 

Within the project group, the project manager will assist in coordinating projects involving Capital Market Operations.

Capital Market Operations project team supports: Back Office FX-MM, Middle Office (Treasury, Credit, FX, IRD), Back Office Derivatives, Middle Office Securitization, Collateral and MtM Client.

 

Your concrete missions will be the following:

  • Write business requirements/expression of needs from both functional and technical (if required) standpoints;
  • Write and/or update operational procedures;
  • Formalize process flows (functional and system-related mappings);
  • Assist in/or produce KPI’s;
  • Contribute to the communication around a project (meetings, minutes, action follow up…);
  • Assist the senior project manager in the coordination and implementation of mainstream projects when applicable;
  • Provide ad hoc assistance in transversal projects if required;
  • Support and implement the change management actions (new process definition, gap analysis formalization, post-implementation follow up, trainings…) when required. 

 

To be eligible for a VIE: 

  • Be less than 29 years old
  • Be postgraduate of a Master degree
  • Be EU citizen

    You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University, a Business School or an Engineering School with a specialization in Finance or Business/Project Management.

    A first experience  in a Financial Services context  is a plus.

    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed

    Hard Skills: 

    • Knowledge of project management and project life cycle
    • Knowledge of Capital Market products and systems
    • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
    • Project Certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, etc.) is a plus
    • Fluent French and English.
     

    Soft Skills:

    • Team player
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent written & oral skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Ability to react quickly and use own initiative
    • Ability to work with minimum daily supervision
