Job description

You will join the Project Finance team at Credit Agricole CIB Australia in Melbroune  as a structured Finance Analyst .

 

The Project Finance team in Australia operates with the Energy & Infrastructure Group (EIG) of Crédit Agricole CIB. The EIG group provides debt arrangement and advisory services in support of project financings and acquisition financings in the global energy and infrastructure sectors.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Assist the Managing Director and Associate in the Melbourne office.
  • Assist Deal Team Leaders and other team members in preparing marketing documents, research and industry papers.
  • Assist Deal Team Leaders and other team members in the execution of project finance and acquisition finance transaction
  • Assist with portfolio administration, and preparation of internal reports.

 

Main duties

  • Development and review of cash flow models.
  • Preparation of project economics reports for inclusion in credit submissions.
  • Assist with due diligence and project execution.
  • Review project documentation in conjunction with the Deal Director.
  • Prepare pitch books in conjunction with Directors.
  • Undertake KYC submissions.
  • Operate internal IT applications for the onboarding of lending transactions (eg: credit rating, return on equity, KYC).
  • Prepare internal reports as required.

   

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Be less than 28 years old

- Be graduated of Master Degree

- Be EU citizen

      You are postgraduate with a Master Degree from an University or a Business School, with a specialization in Finance.
      A first experience in Banking is necessary.

      • Strong numerical and analytical skills with an excellent understanding of financial statements.
      • Base level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
      • Fluent in French & English
