Job description

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Sweden as a Project & Business Support Analyst. Reporting to the Regional project & business support manager the team is in charge of accompanying the development of the Nordic franchise coordinating the efforts at the Nordic level regarding the deployment and adaptation of local and global systems to our needs and regulations. 

 

Your concrete missions will be the following:

• Coordination of local / regional projects (business requirements, testing, training and deployment) with regional hubs and HO. Examples: Payment projects (CPBR+), new loan system, Business development, Regulatory reporting...

• Change management: productivity improvement alongside head of departments (review of process / workflow; identify blocking point; make proposal for better efficiency). How to better work as a region, follow up as Project Manager.

• Correspondent to the HO “Filiere Project team” for the Nordic : collects analyses and follow all GREEN initiatives of CACIB Nordics, to be able to report and Communicate about it in liaison with our internal Communication team.

• Processes and guidelines: review / formalization / recertification of Internal procedures (inventory and action plan), maintains database of internal SLAs and help writing/reviewing new SLAs when needed.

• Work closely with IT teams for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Information System Security.

• Assist in any other assignment/project given by COO.

 

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Be less than 28 years old

- Be graduated of Master Degree

- Be EU citizen (except Swedish)

      You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University, an Engineer School, or a Business School with a specialization in Business Administration, IT, Project Management.

    • Minimum experience level
    • 0-2 years
    • Compétences recherchées
    • Hard Skills: - Project management skills- Change management skills a plus
      - Knowledge of banking system environment a plus- Strong knowledges of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) PowerBI or Acess is a plus  - Fluent English. Soft Skills: - High analytical and perceptional skills
      - Proactive approach to working independently under supervision of manager
      - Curious, good communication skills with different types of interlocutors
      - Team spirit.
