  You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University or a Business School with a specialization in Finance or Economics.
  A first experience in Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Equity or Investment Banking is necessary.

• Hard Skills: - Basic knowledge of capital market products (e.g. DCM, High Yield, hedging instruments) and syndications ;- Some knowledge of of private equity investments, corporate finance and credit analysis ; - Strong knowledges of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) ; - Financial modeling competencies ;- Fluent English and French. Soft Skills: - Strong attitude towards detailed analytical work ;- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organization ;- Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities ;- Team player ;- Eagerness to learn and motivation.
