Job description

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Frankfurt as Leveraged Finance Analyst.

Crédit Agricole CIB is a leading international leverage debt provider and ranks among the top players in the high yield Bond market.

You will work within the deal team and supporting Transactors in the execution of LBO financings in the German speaking and in the Nordic region:

1. Execution of new transactions

  • Assist the deal team in the origination and execution of new deal opportunities incl. analysis of information memorandums, management presentations and due diligence reports
  • Preparation of internal credit applications to be presented in credit committees
  • Cash-flow based financial modelling (incl. sensitivity scenarios)
  • Support in Compliance and KYC related matters
     

2. Monitoring of existing portfolio files

  • Periodic analysis of company reports and financial statements incl. preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reviews
  • Presentation to / discussion with internal decision makers
     

3. Marketing Activities

  • Writing deal-related pitchbooks for key private equity clients
  • Preparation of general marketing pitches based on research from various (internal and external) sources

 

To be eligible for a VIE :

- Be less than 28 years

- be graduated of Master Degree

- Be EU citizens (except German)

       You are post graduated of a Master Degree in Finance.

      Knowledge in Corporate Finance (credit analysis and/or financial modelling and/or legal documentation) would be preferable

      - Attitude towards detailed analytical work and financial modeling
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work across all levels of the Organization
      - Knowledge of private equity investments, corporate finance and credit analysis

      - Eagerness to learn and motivation ;- Teamplayer ;- Ability to analyse and summarise ;- Rigorous ;- Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload ;- Strong oral and written communication skills.
