The VIE contract in short:
According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.
If you are already living and paying taxes in Germany, you are unfortunately not eligible to do a VIE in Germany.

The Fund Distribution service is related to fund share distribution in the context of trustee service for German UCITS and AIFs or as Paying agent and fund representative of foreign fund in Germany. The team, composed of 5 members, also services the execution of SEPA payments and answer client requests in relation to their SEPA transfers and receipts. The team is working in cooperation with local teams and teams in locations outside Germany.
In this context, your main missions will be:
- Process Subscriptions and Redemptions for Investment Funds
- Assist clients and internal departments of CACEIS bank in operational matters
- Reporting to internal and external parties
- Processing and monitoring SEPA Payments
- Preparing and processing data for set-up of new funds and counterparties
- Reconciliation of cash and fund units
- Answer and re-direct inquiries from internal and external parties on trades
- Monitor failed and open trades transaction
- Resolve Settlement Issues with counterparties on fund units
