Job description

An assistant to investment professional primarily focusing on quality communication with both existing and prospective clients, which are expected to grow further in number, such that the team can maintain client confidence with the strategies and Amundi.

 

Fixed income product management

Ø Support product specialists who prepare quarterly/semi-annual review reports at high quality for existing clients, by gathering necessary data of performance, portfolio analysis with explanatory comments, and by editing them to fit the required formats.

Ø Support IBD/RBD reporting team by providing necessary information for periodic reporting, including performance attribution and comparative analysis with markets

Ø Provide peer comparison of main products by using eVestment or other data vendors' information, eg Bloomberg.

Ø Help marketing team/consultant relations in acquiring all the product related information, competitive advantage, competition survey, market sentiment of prospects, performances and client demand to support internal and external clients

Involvement in Global Fixed Income Platform, occasionally including US and EM Business Lines

Ø Support portfolio managers in Tokyo to take care of strategies managed by the group company for platinum clients by updating necessary information

Ø Obtain the basic knowledge about the products in Fixed Income Business Line as well as US and EM Business Line.

Ø Maintain regular contact with investment specialist teams in Paris, London and Boston to share the business information on both sides

Fixed income portfolio management


Ø (Occasionally) Help portfolio managers to place trade orders as a local portfolio manager of the assigned accounts whose main parts are managed outside of Japan
