POSITION AND MISSION

Amundi Ireland Ltd. is currently looking for a new VIE – Content Marketing Specialist to join Amundi’s Retail Content  Marketing Team, based in Dublin, Ireland.

 

The Dublin Content Marketing team, as part of the Global Content Marketing team is at the heart of the Content strategy, bringing ideas, trends and building together an Amundi global Content action plan to be used and adapted by local Marketing teams. 

 

The mission will be to help the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to continue to build and enhance the B2C side of the content marketing team. This position will involve collaborating on projects with different teams, and will include content creation, maintenance and project coordination. 

 

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-starter mindset with experience in retail content marketing, and the ability to write plain English/easy to understand content for the man/woman on the street, across print, website and social media. They will also ideally have a keen interest in the ESG/Responsible Investing/Energy Transition topic.

 

Therefore, our VIE will be part of the development of marketing campaigns, content maintenance and play a role in the co-thinking, co-creation approach that we are setting-up with our Marketing Community in countries. The ability to manage multiple tasks, is a key part of this role.  

 

The position is fully in English and requires regular daily, weekly interactions with our Amundi headquarter in France and our Marketing colleagues in countries (around 200 people around the world, like Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Asian countries, US etc.).

 

You will be based in Dublin (City centre), Ireland and will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and you will work closely with a Marketing Manager and external agencies.

 

Overall responsibilities and duties:

Marketing Campaigns

  1. Support the content team in creating storytelling content for marketing campaigns such as Thematic Investing, Net Zero and Educational Content. This will include infographics, video scripts, webpages, invitations, pitchbooks, articles.
  2. Identify how the content can be adapted to social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) and make proposals.
  3. Takes part in the transversal project Retailisation, involving Content and Digital Teams with countries, to revise all our marketing content to ensure that it meets the needs of our retail customers.

 Fund Launches:

  • Update and maintain new fund launch collateral including teasers and pitchbooks. The product in focus, is launched once a quarter and the collateral is updated on a weekly basis during a defined period of time.

Competitor benchmarking

  1. Research the wider retail investment market, analyse and monitor competitors websites, advertising and content creation.

Regular Content Projects
The VIE will play a key role in the following elements:
Weekly Market Directions: This is a document that is created weekly together with the Amundi Investment Institute. The VIE will project manage the update every Friday, ensuring the different teams do their part. The VIE is not expected to have a detailed knowledge of markets, more the skills to be able manage multiple stakeholders across different countries.
Monthly Market Views: Every month a market insights video is created, it is the role of the VIE to project manage the video script, adapting it for local languages and overseeing the post production and marking up edits on Heraw where needed. The VIE will do this in conjunction with the videographer, marketing manager and amundi investment institute
GIV Infographic: A retail 2 page document focused on outlining the key market themes in an easy to understand format. Together with the digital design team and the Amundi Investment Institute the VIE will manage all steps of the monthly infographic.
Digital Projects:
Update content on different webpages, in line with project updates
Support the digital team on the creation of new pages on a more adhoc basis.
First Experience in building out videos on a video tool called Playplay, to help the content marketing team create creative/storytelling short videos that can be leveraged/adapted by local marketing teams.

      • The ideal candidate will be/have:
      • Master’s Degree in related Areas
      • Fluent English Mandatory, with a strong interest in writing storytelling content
      • Preferably knowledge of French language
      • Quick learner, with strong attention to detail who will be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time; with strong communication skills in a fast paced environment
      • Self starter, proactive and eager to learn fast;  
      • A good team spirt and the ability to build relationships across different level of stakeholders
      • Comfortable with powerpoint presentations, excel and Microsoft word
      • First experience in emailing campaigns
      • Innovative mind-set and able to make proposals
      • Happy to work in an international environment
