VOTRE EQUIPE

Le Comité Social et Economique est l’instance unique de représentation du personnel
de l’UES d’Indosuez France qui regroupe Indosuez Wealth France et Indosuez Gestion.
Au-delà de son rôle d’instance représentative, le CSE s’occupe également des activités sociales et culturelles, conformément aux articles R. 2312-35 et suivants du Code du travail. Il bénéficie donc d’un budget pour les activités sociales et culturelles, en plus du budget de fonctionnement. Le CSE dispose d'une permanente (responsable de l'alternant), le poste proposé est d'accompagner la permanente dans ses missions du quotidien.

 

VOS MISSIONS

Activités Sociales et Culturelles
- Tenue des permanences quotidiennes (2h) d'accueil des collaborateurs
- Suivi des demandes de remboursement de prestations aux collaborateurs
- Suivi de la relation avec les prestataires
- Maintenance et animation du site internet (Proweb)
- Participation à l'organisation d'événements du CSE (arbre de Noël etc.)
- Communication : préparation, diffusion et mise à jour des informations relatives aux différentes activités et prestations proposées par le CSE

Comptabilité
- Enregistrement des écritures liées aux prestations dans le logiciel du CSE
- Rapprochement bancaire
- Suivi des contrats et du règlement des factures des prestataires
- Gestion des stocks (billetterie) et des commandes (parfums, champagne)
