MISSIONS :
Vous êtes en contact direct avec nos assurés (e) clients de nos banques partenaires : les Caisses régionales de Crédit Agricole et LCL.
-Vous intervenez pour trouver des solutions amiables aux litiges rencontrés par nos assurés(e), en engageant des négociations pour éviter les contentieux judiciaires.
-Si un accord amiable ne peut être trouvé, vous assurez la prise en charge de la défense des intérêts des assurés (e), en coordonnant l'intervention de partenaires extérieurs tels que des avocats, experts ou autres spécialistes.
En résumé, vous convenez, avec nos assurés (e), de la meilleure stratégie juridique pour solutionner leur litige, et vous les accompagnez tout au long de la gestion de leurs dossiers (logement, travail, santé, consommation, pénal, etc.) dans le respect de nos règles techniques et avec le soutien de votre équipe et de nos cadres techniques.
Votre tuteur accompagnera votre intégration et votre montée en compétences.
