Our Brand

The digital world and its new 100% Tech players have revolutionized the finance industry, which is why Crédit Agricole recruits committed experts at the forefront of their fields to ensure a future in line with tomorrow’s needs, for our clients and society.

Developing useful innovations, professionalizing data usage, optimizing agility and securely modernizing our systems securely, while also addressing environmental challenges, notably through an eco-responsible IT approach (Green IT & CSR) – these are some of the many challenges awaiting future employees in our IT, Digital, and Data professions.

Joining us means becoming a part of an ecosystem where individual responsibility benefits the collective. And because recruitment is a mutual commitment to the future, our goal is to guide our employees in their choices to progress: continuous skills development with an IT and Digital Academy dedicated to learning these professions, communities of practice, internal mobility, or even personalized support…

By acting every day in the interest of society, the Group pursues its commitment to diversity and inclusion. In the IT and digital sector, Diversity is not just a matter of social responsibility; it is an essential component of innovation and performance. Several internal and external actions are implemented, particularly in favor of gender equality in IT, DIGITAL & DATA professions. Our positions are open to all, regardless of disabilities or individual differences.

Our vision

Technology is now becoming central to all industries, particularly in our financial sector. With the arrival of new 100% Tech players, banks and insurance companies, or even the breakthrough of technology giants in our professions, traditional banks are being challenged and the “digital game level” is rising. The health crisis has only amplified and accelerated an irrepressible movement towards greater use of technology by our clients and employees.

The Group Project (Human-centric, Customer, and Societal) has placed digital transformation at the heart of our actions to consolidate Crédit Agricole’s future. We must maintain a pioneering spirit in our IT teams and in our working methods, develop useful innovations in our markets, professionalize the use of data, make our IT systems more agile, replace our aging technologies, while controlling our costs and obviously our security! This vast program is what we call IT 2025 within Crédit Agricole.

IT 2025 is structured around three strong themes to build the IT foundations necessary for the Group’s digital transformation:

Technologies: evolving our technologies around Mainframe, Cloud, Data / AI, and Digital Workplace

Practices: evolving our practices, namely Green IT & CSR, IT Practices, and IT Expense Management

Foundations: strengthening the mastery of our foundations, around our common IT assets, Security, and our Skills
